During the week of December 5th - 12th 2011, Mediation Northern Ireland offered a series of events and seminars: The Transformative Mosaic, brought civic leaders in conversations on peace, social change and transformative leadership.
This programme sought to explore together the challenges of building resilient communities in post-conflict societies and to inform emerging good practice in responding to increasingly complex socio-economic and political environments.
