The Independent newspaper recently carried this interview which is a useful insight into the work of a family mediator working in England. The mediator interviewed said of her work:

"People place a lot of trust in you and that's a real privilege. It's very satisfying to see them let go of painful experiences and move on, and be able to talk about the future in a much more positive way."

People interested in the work of family mediation services in Northern Ireland can contact our colleagues in the  Family Mediation Northern Ireland organisation.
